I am Jean-Charles Savard, General Manager of Photo Service. I would like to take a few moments to thank each and every one of our customers and particularly those whose great sense of humour has proven to be contagious.

As a group, we sat down and started to make a list of all the customers we thouroughly enjoy serving. However, it soon became clear that the list would be far too long… Nevertheless, a unanimous decision was reached and the Golden Award for the Customer(s) Having the Most Contagious Sense of Humour goes to Réjean Meloche and Vittorio Vieirra. Our winners always manage to find the right words to make us smile and they take every opportunity for those around them to enjoy their company.

I also wish to thank my employees for their generosity, for being who they are and for their ongoing efforts to serve you well at all times. I would like to address a special thanks to the most extroverted amongst them. More specifically for the wonderful ambiance they create in the store, which brightens up your buying experience and often brings a smile to your face, their contagious sense of happiness (or good humour) and, at times, even their little tad of foolishness!
