Reservations
MAXIMUM 1 month in advance. AND please call us as soon as possible when you have a cancellation. We may need the equipment to fill someone els’s order.
 
1/2 day Rate
-25% for 4 hours
 
Night Rate
-25% off; pick-ups as of 4pm; returns the next day before 9am.
 
Day Plus
For the price of one day; pick-ups as of 4pm, returns two days later before 9am. After 9:30am, another day will be charged, with no exceptions.
 
Weekend
Saturday and Sunday for the price of a week-day. Pick-ups on Friday (based on availability). Returns on Monday before noon.
 
Times
1 day = 24 hours (also see Day Plus)
1 week = 4 times the daily rate
1 month = 3 times the weekly rate
The rate applies from the starting day until the day of return at Photo Service. The forwarding costs are assumed by the renters.
 
Deposits
Credit card payments only. Cash will not be accepted. No exceptions.
 
Identification
Driver's license or official photo ID with address.
 
Insurance
Renters accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipement. Insurance The insurance is the responsibility of the tenant. Any damage or loss of the equipment is the renters responsability, as described in the contract.
 
Insurance Certificate
We reserve ourselves the right to ask for a Insurance Certificate any time when the value of the equipment exceeds 10 000$ or when a new client want to rent something. The Certificate has to include:
 
- Miscellaneous Floater Equipment Insurance for an amount equivalent to the value of the rented goods,
  for the total duration of your leasing agreement with Photo Service Ltd.
 
- Liability Insurance (for product completed operation) for a minimum limit of 1 million dollars.
 
Photo Service Ltd. must be mentioned as an additional insurance certificate holder on the two sections previously named. We require also that the insurance certificate be faxed to us (514) 849-8628 mentioning the insurance covers required.
 
Responsability
Photo Service Ltd. or his employees cannot be held responsible for any defects for missing or defective equipment relating to a loss of money or time.
 
Demonstration
The demonstration of the operation of the equipment can only be very summary. We estimate that the complex systems will be used and handled with professionalism.
 
All equipment is thoroughly tested and operated before and each use. However, please inform us immediately if any problem occurs. We will make our best to regulate it as soon as possible. Thank you!
